Anyone Used tapsuk.com?

The saga still goes on! We have finally been promised a refund ( £60) for the missing parts but after 2 weeks it still has not arrived.
Taps uk seem very selective in the reviews that they publish. They have never posted the one I sent. I wonder why?
I agree that if everything had been sent with the sink initially, we would have been delighted with the service. But more than 3 months on, we still have not been able to install our sink. So be warned, if your delivery goes smoothly, all will be well. But if you have a problem, hard luck! You will be given constant misinformation and downright lies.

I used this company, it was brilliant service delivery and my sink was as ordered. Same sink different company possibly tapsuk, wanted £45 + £35.00
I made an offer of £20 they countered with £30, so I paid that and free delivery
