really really dont understand why the difference in me needing it and daphne not needing but but i guess thats down to ribena and their choice over who they choose to implement their terms with and who they choose not to.
Hun, thats just not fair!! Can't you just send them another wrapper? Also, if you can remember what sort of time you went to the po and even better if you can remember the cashier the manager could do a transaction search to find yours. I used to work for the PO and although it can take a little time it does work. Especially if you have all the details...date, time, cashier, total amount, the service (recorded, special delivery etc)
HTH hun...I really do

After lots of blood tests and xrays over the last month the doctor gave me the all clear today for cancer :j:j:j
I had it 17 years ago and he was concerned it was back but thankfully it's not:T:T
I do however have arthritis but I can live with that.
Spending hours doing comps has really helped to keep my mind off my troubles so thank you to all the posters and lovely compers out there
And a quick note to my mum (a very shy mse'r)...thanks for your love and support through all this (and the rest!)...I love you soooo much :kisses3: and you mean the world to me

:j Just wanted to add my congratulations (If that's the right word?!) to you! You must be absolutely thrilled
And, also, if I may, wanted to add my thanks. My fiance died suddenly in May of this year, and it's surprising how much the wonderful people on here help. Comping has become a little distraction for me, and it really makes my day when I get a win. Like Blue, this has become my favourite little corner of the MSE forums, and I just wanted to echo what has been said, and say you're all stars :T:T:TBest 2018 wins: £1500, £500 John Lewis voucherBest 2019 wins: 18 of the latest DVDsBest 2020 wins: £100 cash 2021 wins: 130 books 2021 wins: Jubilee silver necklace 2023: 8xfootball shirts, Spar vouchers, £200 Tesco voucher,0 -

thanks blue, all i can remember about which code it was (i have about 10 still) was that it wasnt one i had duplicates of. i cant even remember when i won apart from it was over a month ago, and annoyingly i was also posting a lot of stuff recorded deliver at the time for ebay sales so it could have gone nay of those days or it could have been i made a special trip to send it but i have no chance of pinning it down any other than it went recorded (probably first, but possibly second). my memory sucks. i possibly have an email with the addy i sent it to in still, so can see on monday if post office can trace it form that?
i did email them back telling them i cant find the receipt, that i probably threw it out and that i guess that means ive lost out on the prize as well as that i had heard form other people who have won since that no proof was required and they had already recieved their check. if when im putting the house back together in a couple of months time i find receipt i can chase it then i guess, or they may get back to me on monday maybe. we shall see.0 -

purplecatlover wrote: »re ribena...ive just come across this email i recieved yesterday or day before
I know I spoke to you last week regarding you being a winner of our competition but I notice there is a note on the system saying we are still awaiting proof of purchase from yourself.
The cheque can not be released until we receive this so if you could send it in to us at the address found below in one of my earlier emails then I can get your cheque out to you.
Please let me know if you have any problems doing this.
and as a folloow up to this earlier i replied ot tell them i thought they had confirmed it and that i know they recieved it due to tracking etc their reply
When we spoke last week I never confirmed receiving the packaging as I didn’t realize it was you who we were waiting to receive the proof of purchase from, it was when checking the system after our conversation I found the note saying we were still waiting for it. We have never received anything our end so if you could chase up the tracking number and let me know what you find that would be great as I am under instruction not to release cheques until we receive it.purplecatlover wrote: »one final addendum then ill say no more....it appears ive lost out on the prize now because i cant find the darn post office reciept to prove they did indeed receive my proof of purchase.

Cat you could take this up with Edwin Mutton from the ISP, I don't have his address to hand but I'm sure someone on here may well have it. Or I can have a search for it later and send it to you. Once he gets involved companies seem to listen and send the prizes outHTH hun
