re ribena...ive just come across this email i recieved yesterday or day before

I know I spoke to you last week regarding you being a winner of our competition but I notice there is a note on the system saying we are still awaiting proof of purchase from yourself.

The cheque can not be released until we receive this so if you could send it in to us at the address found below in one of my earlier emails then I can get your cheque out to you.

Please let me know if you have any problems doing this.

and as a folloow up to this earlier i replied ot tell them i thought they had confirmed it and that i know they recieved it due to tracking etc their reply

When we spoke last week I never confirmed receiving the packaging as I didn’t realize it was you who we were waiting to receive the proof of purchase from, it was when checking the system after our conversation I found the note saying we were still waiting for it. We have never received anything our end so if you could chase up the tracking number and let me know what you find that would be great as I am under instruction not to release cheques until we receive it.
