When we spoke last week I never confirmed receiving the packaging as I didn’t realize it was you who we were waiting to receive the proof of purchase from, it was when checking the system after our conversation I found the note saying we were still waiting for it. We have never received anything our end so if you could chase up the tracking number and let me know what you find that would be great as I am under instruction not to release cheques until we receive it.

Hmmm that's rather odd. Wonder why they didn't ask me for proof. They seem to be really dragging their heels with your cheque. I only had a call then the cheque arrived a week later

one final addendum then ill say no more....it appears ive lost out on the prize now because i cant find the darn post office reciept to prove they did indeed receive my proof of purchase.

really really dont understand why the difference in me needing it and daphne not needing but but i guess thats down to ribena and their choice over who they choose to implement their terms with and who they choose not to.
