You are now showing a deficit so wack some off the holiday to balance the books.
Is the £600 your OH full benefits or her contribution to the household bills?BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
Hi its her contributions. She recieve around £800 a month in total
I m a little unsure about the SOA.. Is it a statement of how i will live once gone BR, so i should make savings, or is it a statement of what i pay now?0 -
It is how you will be managing your finances after the BR.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

i'll guarantee on the day you'll come from court thinking "huh...that it?"We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
so how will the OR know what i spend at the moment? Do i not have to supply him with a SOA for before and after.
I assume the after one is to show i can be responsible and live within my means0 -
All the court needs to see is that you cannot pay your debts as they fall ue on the date of the bankruptcy which is pretty obvious in your caseHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0 -
