You are now showing a deficit so wack some off the holiday to balance the books.

Is the £600 your OH full benefits or her contribution to the household bills?

  • Hi its her contributions. She recieve around £800 a month in total

I m a little unsure about the SOA.. Is it a statement of how i will live once gone BR, so i should make savings, or is it a statement of what i pay now?

It is how you will be managing your finances after the BR.

  • right i see, so i can make saving best i can, and if my surplus is less than 100 i can use this for say sky, or whatever i choose,,,more than 100 i may face a payment order?

I see now. So will the OR not want to see a SOA before i go BR, how will he know i dont have 1000 free every month and spend it like wayne rooney lol
  • still scarey
  • will be...nothing new though everyones the same

i'll guarantee on the day you'll come from court thinking "huh...that it?"
We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will
  • so how will the OR know what i spend at the moment? Do i not have to supply him with a SOA for before and after.

I assume the after one is to show i can be responsible and live within my means

All the court needs to see is that you cannot pay your debts as they fall ue on the date of the bankruptcy which is pretty obvious in your case
