I was just wondering if anyone else had not received their renewal pack. I rang towards the end of July and was told by the enquiry line that they would send a message to Head Office to send one. At the end of July I had still not received it and so rang again, again to be told one would be issued. This again did not appear, so I rang again and was told that one would be issued in time and that I did not need to worry about the end of July deadline as an extension would be put on til I received my renewal pack. I just wondered if anyone else had any trouble with their renewals.
