Natwest change Primeline to Private Banking direct with charge

Just got letter from Primeline, that they changed the name to Private banking direct.

Went to natwest website, it says this product will be charge £18.50 per month, but the letter does not say that.

Be aware, anyone using primeline....... Natwest is going to charge us, change it back to normal current account...

    I got a letter saying that the BA Miles that I earn for crediting my account will stop being awarded....

    Nothing in it about being charged a fee to operate the account
