I topped up my phone and got charged by orange twice, i have tried emailing them but no reply. any suggestions?

Emails take days (weeks) to get a response there are thousands a day coming in.
You need to call CS (450), they should sort it out for you there and then. Have all the info with you, time and date of the top up ect. . .0
