    Which part of 'fixed tariff' or 'capped tariff' do you not understand?

    I do understand fixed and capped quite clear. It's a dilemma because you pay more for those and again, as I said earlier, the prices might not go up like they didn't last time martin and the media advised to capped or fixed. People who didn't were better off in the end.
