thanks for the replies.
I do my online payments from my bank account and not from the cc company web facility - the last thing I want is yet more usernames and passwords!
I'm setup for paper billing.
I dont like DD as I prefer to pay more some months when I can afford to and less other months when I have other out goings.
If i was you i would set up a Direct debit so that you at least pay the minimum amount every month; that way you wont' run the risk of late payment fees. If you then want to pay more you can still make another paymentMFW 2025 #50: £1139.75/£600007/03/25: Mortgage: £67,000.00

I have a system in place (which works for me, or seemingly used to), I've got a couple of credit cards and when I recieve the bills I put them by my computer and then pay online when I get online - the bill on my computer is my reminder to pay it. (I dont like direct debit)
I took out a virgin credit card a little while ago, and twice now I've been chased as I've missed payments - but when I've checked - I've not recieved a statement from them.I'm concerned by this, as up until this point I have never missed a payment in my life and my credit rating has been spotless. I'm worried by what damage this will have done to my credit rating?
and also curious if anyone else has had issues with Virgin statements not arriving?
Like it or not set up a direct debit and request paperless statements. They will then send you an email when your statement is produced.
