Its not that they do not provide a good quality internet service when it is up and running, the difference between a good company and a bad one is in the level of service it offers when things go wrong.I had a plan..........its here somewhere.0

Awful company, I had problems with them taking money after cancellation & promising refund which I never received, so do make sure cancellation of fee is also made to bank.0

You have to play it hard. They will lie to you. Put it in writing, to the MD, recorded delivery!!. If the link you give is the package you signed up for and have then stand your ground. Request a MAC code and waived cancellation fees on the grounds of miss-selling. Though I suspect you will have to give them the chance to provide what you signed up for.
They will swear blind they cannot give you a MAC code. BULL ****. I think I would prefer the code to the true package. Tisc SUCCCK.0 -

Good news (for me anyway), I finally got my MAC code from them after various threats and time giving in the hope they would fix the problem (which they didnt).
