Evening all,
Its been a nice day here between the heavy showers, am watching weather like a hawk as decided this morning to go to Kerry for a couple of days and several things I want to bring are on the line....stupid woman but wasn't thinking of going and then realised that DGS2 is back to school next Monday so we won't be as free as this week. Have done most of packing that I can do, must top up OH's meds as he won't think of them until we are as far as Limerick, if then!
Taplady....congratulations to DS2, he really worked hard so glad for him.
Lashed rain here last night too, flight from Sardinia was delayed, it was 1am when DS1 and Co. called with the house keys, sent them off with sandwiches for the journey, had a text at 3 to say that they were home safe, was then able to really go to sleep.
Woke up this morning feeling as if I had morning sickness.....would be a bit of a miracle, tummy has been a little strange all day but feeling ok now, rarely have tummy troubles so was trying to remember what I ate to upset me, nothing coming to mind.
Won't be around until late Friday, so hugs to all in need or want, take care all

The rogan with lo lamb was delish and the moussaka is yummy - DH is preparing to have seconds later, but there will still be loads to put in the freezer.
Got one wash load dried outside but the second had to be rushed off the line as the rain started again. Dried in td and of course sun came out and very breezy so could have dried outside after all.
Cheers all0 -

Evening all, thanks for your good wishes earlier. Managed quite a productive day after all and hoping I feel fine when I try to go to sleep later.
However I come home tonight to be informed upstairs had a leak which came down into our flat, but that's not my problem as my landlady was in and dealt with it. I am then informed there is also something wrong with the toilet, grr. I said to her, I think I know what it is as I've seen the problem before, and know what to do/needs to be done to fix it, but we both were going out then and now I really couldn't be doing with it tonight so am ignoring it for the moment as not being my responsibility to fix, I'll offer help tomorrow if it's still an issue.
Never rains, but it pours... Ah well, roll on the weekend! Boyfriend and I are planning to go to Saaarfend on one day, fun tacky seaside day out.0 -
