I'd really appreciate help finding these contact details as I've got a couple of questions regarding some recent experiences in their retail stores including not being allowed to use a student discount card because it's the summer break!!

I couldn't find the one on the website (I'm tired!) but that's more than enough for now. It was more questions than complaints as such. I also had a question about sizing in that Petites start from size 4 online but only 6 in store and I jsut wondered why.0

maybe they dont create enough size 4 petites to stock in store.0

That would be because there is very little demand for size 4 clothing, so it is not worth stocking the items in store.Gone ... or have I?0 -
Well, there were various queries including their refusal to accept student ID because it's the summer, and various other things so I'd still really appreciate an email address if anyone is able to help with that.
However, from experience, I find sizes 4 and 6 sell out very fast in the stores I buy them from.0 -

You cant use a student discount card in a lot of places between July and September, because you are not in education during those months. How is the store to know if you have graduated etc?0

Student discount cards have an expiry date on, usually the end of August, so should still be accepted.
I study with the OU, and my course runs from Feb-Oct, but my student cards will only last from Feb-end of Aug - not very fair!0 -

The NUS cards expire in August, our local college ones just had 2010 printed on. Of course anyone who knows the system realises that in september the cards will change to 2011 but a lot of shops dont realise this and still honour them
At the end of the day student discount is a perk not a privilege.0 -

I don't agree that it's a perk and not a privilege - the cards do cost £10!0
