Wanadoo anytime

I posted a few weeks ago about being signed up to anytime £14.99 for dial up but my BT bill was £615. I wrote a letter to Wanadoo and they offered me £150. I got advice off here and I lodged a complaint through ISPA, and rejected the £100 offer. I have received my letter from Wanadoo today following on from the ISPA complaint and they have upped their offer to £150 in full and final. Is there anything else I can do, is it worth fighting to the bitter end? BT actually cut me off today for not paying the £615 but I rang (from my mobile  ) and they reistated me after I paid £307. I have to pay the balance in 2 weeks. I'm a single parent, work part time for the NHS and earn £600 pm - this bill is a months wages for me

What would you do?

I am on anytime with this company, £14.99 pm, however my phone bill was £615, because they gave me a pay per minute number to dial. They are not accepting responsibility and have offered £100. I have emailed ISPA and have received an acknowledgement. Try ISPA too, although its obviously not a quick fix.

I think this was the previous post? I would think it would depend on how you got the paypermin number. Did you use all their software and links to set up your connection, or did you do it manually? If you did it manually, then I would have to say it's your fault. If you've had several connections and were using the wrong one then that's your answer. If you only ever had one internet connection and it got screwed up by orange or wanadoo's fault, then I would fight it further.
Indecision is the key to flexibility :)
