The one I saw with this, gave error beeps, 2 short+1 long (?), and nothing at all on screen or on external monitor.
OP doesn't mention any beeps.Move along, nothing to see.0 -
It did when it worked get very hot to the extent it was hot to
touch. Not sure what lead I need will look in the morning .

Hi guys just updating ab out my daughters dead laptop. A techie
pal
entioned that if we took out the battery that may help. As my daughter
always runs the laptop off the mains she has damaged the battery
and by taking it out and then run it off the mains it might work.
And hey presto we now have a working laptop. Thank u for all
ur advice0
