Well in both my HHC's I was mainly seeing to both my DS's who are both a bit poorly at the moment
I did manage to declutter a little, wipe dishes, cook food, TD some clothes and put more on to wash
Going to have a nice cuppa now before I start again in about ten minutes
Anyone fancy another HHC at 13.35?

Kitchen now looks a million times better, lunch is defrosting (sweet potato soup) and bits out for a baking session later as we'll not be venturing out into the wet stuff I think.
Frodders - he was fine I think. Wants to go back tomorrow which is a good sign but he is not too good on answering direct questions IYKWIM. He skipped and sang on the way home, and chuntered on about various things I didn't understand as I wasn't there....but I'll maybe catch a neighbour later who can interpret for me. However the teachers (adult helpers ?) are great and he likes the big boys (teenagers ? who are helping) who helped him. And now he's exhausted so I'm allowing a 30 minute chill with the TV whilst I sort lunch.
MoamAlthough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

roundtuit - Thank you. Yes, it's the GCSEs and we're both getting a bit nervous now. Cheeky monkey has said that he might text me one result every hour!
Hi, Jinky.
After an extended HHC the kitchen worktops are just about back to normal. WM/TD/DW are all on and lunch has been made and eaten. DH has been home for lunch and is now back at work - still sulking. I need a coffee and something sweet before I crack on, hoping a yogurt will do the trick. Then I've got some dishes to do in the kitchen, some laundry to sort and the small matter of a really long list. HHC from 1.50, anyone?0 -

hi toots
he phoned an hour beforehand and told me when he was going to get here - and was
. He serviced 3 and was here just less than an hour in total. All of them had new hoses, and brushes, etc, and one had a new motor. All covered under the price. I know it seems like a lot of money, but I'm a fan now
. Incidentally, the first machine is £69, but subsequent machines are £40. My mum brought hers over for a service at the same time
Hope you're taking it easy too?
onestepWhen people show you who they are, believe them the first time0
