Caxton Card Problems?

I've been trying to load my Caxton card all day, but I can't get the website to load. It just sits forever...sometimes it'll load the homepage, but never the log on page.

Is this happening for anyone else? Should I be concerned? I'm going tomorrow! :eek:

The site isn't loading for me either. Is there a number on the card you can call? I believe it should be for emergencies only, such as losing your card or having it stolen, but worth a try.

Do you still have the instructions that came with the card? I think there was a way of loading it by text.

Hmm, that site keeps showing down then up then down. Gahh!

The instructions say to phone up during office hours or to check the website for the number to text. Which I'd do, but it doesn't work!

I should have loaded it yesterday...

Am having trouble with the site today.. not going away for a month but would like to know if there is a problem with Caxton..

Just emailed their currency help desk and they hae said that the site should be up around 5pm today - quite annoying though as I'm going to the States tomorrow and want to load my card!

Matt, I hope you get your currency sorted in time! If it was planned downtime you would think they would have emailed to let people know.. I presume it wasn't planned..
