U need to upload the pic mate online to a site like tinypic. Then use the link they give you when posting (dont forget to resize when uploading)

You have just put a link to your local hard drive there.

It looks as if you are trying to upload from your hard drive? You need to upload the pic to a hosting site first, see the guide HERE
