surely its a good thing for m and s to sell branded goods, gives the customer choice at least.
But it was always one of their unique selling points: everything in store was their own stuff.
Now they've gone down this road it won't be long before they're selling branded clothes, branded electrical items etc. So they'll just become like any other department store or supermarket. What sort of choice is that if everything is the same?0 -
I was so angry the other day. I bought some the famed excellent underwear only to get home and find it didnt suit me..

They sell branded electrical items, and have done for at least 3 years.
Edit: Good job I didn't say at least 4 years... I'd be two weeks out0
