Don't take that list as being anything like exclusive.

Some history...

The company that runs DSLZone became an ISP (ADSL24) some time ago reselling the Entanet product which at the time was probably the best value high download ADSL available. The customer rankings include a lot of ISPs that resell or at least resold Entanet. I left Entanet as soon as I had a decent LLU choice - that was UKOnline and annoyingly O2 who offered better value became available just a few months later having planned and then cancelled enabling my exchange earlier.

With any ISP ranking there is a high turnover at the top end with a few who stay the course and remain good. The bottom end inevitably shows TalkTalk BT and Orange with others valiantly trying to challenge them for the bottom spots.
