is PC Pitstop a con please, results shown

• HI,i was reading an old thread when a comp expert recommended using PCPitstop Optimize,so i have gave it a try but when it comes to clearing issues they charge and it is not cheap,there is some good stuff on there but not been tech minded i thought i would ask the experts.
• Is there a free method and are they a con, i also ran PCMatic which fetched other issues up, more detailed, but again it is a charge(will post results if anyone interested),im just trying to clear my comp up as much as possible as running out of memory.

I am just trying to get some memory back on Pc because i thought that was one of reasons it was playing up,its working better all the time but im never sure what to uninstall.

If by memory, you mean disk space, it's largely irrelevant to performance problems.

the pc is a sony vaio pcv-w1 one of those all in one contraptions,anyway cpu was running at 100% managed to fix that,but it still feels a bit hot when using it Speedfan says temp are about 57/9C on 2 fans and 38 on 3rd.
took it to bits as much as i dare and cleaned what i could sucked as much dust as i could get, still same temp,i know i have hardly got any diskspace so i thought i would try and find a solution,thought it might be making comp overwork.
it sometimes just seems to stick for a while and you have to leave it for a minute for it to come back plus it takes an age to shut off and if you try and leave webpage alltogether it goes off in sections.hope that makes sense.
