PAYG to Contract Deals?

Hi folks,

My wife and I have both been with Orange PAYG for the passed 10 years. Does anyone know if they are likely to offer any customer loyalty if we were to take out contracts? We spend about £10 each.
Any feedback most appreciated.

At that low spend you are probably better off on PAYG, the only advantage of contract will be getting an upgraded phone.

thats true macman, I should have said that we are both looking at upping the monthly spend to £15 to £20 each which I know is still at that level where the choice of contract or not still lurks.

You'll get a fiver off a month at least - I did the same a couple of weeks ago, after being on PAYT for 2 months and I was offered a SIM only 15 for a tenner a month. Hurrah!

If your phones are ok, i'd go sim only contract, much better value, and no pesky topping up
