She knew how to get off by using by using the "certain procedures" that normally happen when a police officer gets stopped, of showing her warrant card.

well all i can say is working in police i know technicalites which i can try and check to see if there are ways of getting off with things, and i will do what it takes. mind you i have never been stopped.
its the same though if you look into ways of getting off with things or speak to a lawyer they all know what ways to get off with stuff.
