Vodafone Business Customer WHY? TV package for 2 years not requested!
On finally getting round to looking into my Vadafone bills (which are not itemised) I realised that I had been paying....since 2007 for a TV package at £10 per go.
I only found this out as I went onto the internet account and as I could not access the bills section called them up...
On calling them up they advised I was classed as a Team19 which means I am a Business/Company not a personal account.
This is so strange..has this happend to anyone else?
In the dark recess of memory I vaguely recall someone adivsing a free TV package trial.......asking vodafone today they said the first month is free.....I think I have been scammed?
Also the Business account...I dont get it....is that why my bills are not itemised?
When I renewed last year, 2009 I made it crystal clear I wanted a £25 month package...nothing else at all...so why did they maintain a TV package. All it shows is Purchases on the paper bill....my husband opens and manages all bills and has been nagging me to work out what I am buying.
Finally have checked and am a massive £300 down re TV package....straight away they offered re imbursemnet of £30.
Anyone else suffered this event with mobile phones? We have been advised they cannot talk to us over the phone but we should EMail the head office.
Any advise gratefully recieved.

Hi Fordy1,
Whilst I can't guarantee the outcome here I'd be happy to take a closer look at things here for you.
Could you email your details across to me via the Contact us form on our website here quoting the code WRT135 in the subject line.
Shortly after sending it you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number; could you update the thread with this so we can make we get it?
In regard to your query concerning accounts types business customers will have some different packages available to them to reflect the fact that they'll invariably have multiple users connected to their account.
Additionally, their bills will be slightly different for VAT purposes.
Kind regards and I look forward to hearing from you again soon.
