She has sent away the form for DLA last week
Edited - he will ask for a review from the CSA because that payment was set when he was working overtime, which has all stopped now.0 -
Hi Mardartha- sorry to hear of your sad situation. Depending on your son`s girlfriend`s situation she should be able to get some help from the relevant charities / Marie Curie etc. Also benefits are more helpful when the person is suffering a terminal illness. Try www.entitled to.com Closed site so son`s details are private. HTH0

Hi RAS, she has two kids, one is over 21 and working, one is 18 and at college. Both live with their dad & have done for years, but the whole family get on well and visit often, inc her ex. It was an amicable split.0

I put it through as if I dont get ANY benefit and declared DLA. Mentioned my partners hours and rate as that all partner gets. Says £89.54 WTC would be payable. As a result this means we get some help with HB and CT.
So in a situation of what help will we get with HB/CT as if no help we shall be screwed big time!0
