Virgin mobile promise one thing

I bought a PAYG from Virgin [lobster] a it cost £69.99 with £35 credit and a free sound card,it came last Tuesday 12th, £5 credit no sound card,I rang their 0870 num.kept on hold for 20 mins,I was told that I should have had £30 vouchers,I did not qualify for the sound card,after reading out where it stated I would get the card to the lady she said so you do you will get it by Mon.18.+ vouchers,after numerous emails to "The Team" I have had £35 credited and still no sound card,can I reject the deal as they have not kept their side of the bargain??

If the deal is as you say and they took payment then they are contracted to supply it. If they do not they are breaking the contract and you should get a refund if requested.0
