WARNING some a$$hole on ebay is getting peoples listings removed.I listed my item at £44 on buy it now with reasonable postage and quoted worldwide. They removed it for Fee circumvention !!!!!!!!!.I havent sold one of my three yet. With a day to go my only listing got removed.Seems there is one ebayer who is taking this far too seriously.Anyone else has this happen please post up I intend ousting them for unfair trading.

You havent said what postage you charged. IMO, Ebay dont remove listings unless they are justified. They have the policy on postage to prevent sellers paying the due fees to ebay (otherwise we would all list everything at 1p, and charge the total amount as postage), then ebay would go bust, and we woud all be stuck!

I have sold every Elmo I have listed with no difficulty and no-one reporting my listings. I sold for £49.99 with £7.49 p&p (signed for delivery).

Go on, tell us what you were charging for postage!

Same thing has happened to me  and I am not avoiding any eBay fees, here are my postal charges including bubble wrap, thick brown paper and printed labels:

We would like to take this opportunity to let you know what part of your listing is not permitted.

Your listing(s) contains the following information:

£6.00 £6.00 Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard 1 to 3 working days United Kingdom only
£8.00 £8.00 Royal Mail 1st Class Standard 1 to 2 working days United Kingdom only
£10.00 £10.00 Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded 1 to 2 working days United Kingdom only
£20.00 £20.00 Royal Mail Airmail Worldwide

Someone is really messing around!!! and I am not very happy
Some people have listed 'sellers standard rate as £8.50 and thats most likely second class and others charge £10 for second class' so I can't see my prices as being unreasonable or are they?

Bargainlover2006 do what I have and reply back to ebay saying your not circumventing fees and say you believe person who has reported you is selling the same item and trying to remove their competition.Only way round this I can see is to list postage as free if item reaches a certain amount or on bin or not to quote. Its made me really angry.
