Did you check out the sellers appalling feedback, rating is just over 96% this would explain why the auction didn't do very well.

I'm currently over in Vancouver, Canada and can confirm that there are NO Elmo TMX available in the stores anywhere, so I presume the situation is the same over the border in Washington state and the rest of USA.
