I'm tempted by another too....(only have one at mo and if things go pear my kids will love him................if things blow then will sell him........but am now wanting a second so my kids can definately have one!!!!!;)0 -
Elmo mentioned tonight on Chris Evans Radio Two show. They were discussing the top toys for Christmans and Chris mentioned Elmo, the guy said this wasn't listed in top 10 due to limited availability (as mentioned in previous posts). Just got the one to sell on - think I will hold out until last minute before Christmas!! If it doesn't sell I'll keep it for the Christmas day entertainment!0

Defintely starting to get hyped on radio/tv now. Only 75 days to Xmas, eh? You've heard of 'Where's Waldo'? I reckon the media buzz phrase in a few weeks time may just be 'Where's Elmo?'I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!0

a cursory look on here would reveal elmo x hundreds0

Elmos much bigger in America, virtually unheard of over here by youngsters until this new toy, wouldn't suprise me if most on ebay are bought by Americans.
Still going to keep my eye open for an Ernie :cool:One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -

I have sold 5 in the last 2 days, just decided to get rid of them.
1 to America
1 to France
1 to Ireland
2 to England
I had a few ebay buyers wanting them in Israel and Malta aswell, seems the demand is further than the UK and USA.0 -

The list of the top 10 toys for christmas...0 -
Second time I've said this but oh well. Elmo was specifically not included on the list due to not being available at the time and the assumption is that as only 45,000 in total will available in the UK before Xmas, he will not be available for the public to buy....I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!0

Plenty of these still available at ARGOS Norwich and most Norfolk branches.Onwards and Upwards0
