Orange Customers Services Messed about>?

I tried to switch my two iphone 45's to the new 1000 mins 1gb data 50 photo msgs, orange maps tariff.

I was told it went through on both phones from the 12th august. Checked my allowance and still on the old tariff.

Rang and queried got some foriegn guy who was very poor. Kept speaking over me telling me its not available but they will put me on next month etc. Didn't make alot of sense. Asked for manager aparently none in a saturday.??

Nightmare seriously getting fed up with orange.

Anyone else think they are going downhill?

I swear this forum gets less and less helpful everyday. Do some people just enjoy being sh*tty when replying.

Yep, they have inferiority complexes and feel the only way to actually "feel good" about themselves is to try and put people down all the time - it is happening more and more on here - it is safe for them to do it here, if they did it in real life or down the pub they would probably end up with black eyes!!!

Agreed!

I know there are some daft posters but even then no reason to respond in that tone.

Go away! I wouldn't care if you were blue with pink spots its your attitude and tone.

I made reference to them being foriegn stating a fact. I didn't attack foreigns everywhere or display intolerance of the of cultures or people.

Why don't you crawl back under the stone that you came from instead of trying to digress this thread into something its not.
