Hi some of my sky channels are saying no signal being recieved, I know the payments on the account are totally upto date , could the wind have moved the LNB???? a fraction to knock the signal out and if so will sky put it back or is that my responsability?
Paul Walker , in my dreams;)

It could be a faulty LNB, or a dish movement, also it could be because a tree or similar is blocking the line of sight for the dish.
Sky will charge a call out fee, unless it is recent installation.0 -
Could just be the weather. Turn the box off wait 5 mins and switch back on. It happened loads to us when we had heavy snow, rain or when a storm was approaching. Cancelled Sky now though cos of the cost!0

That used to happen with my system when I had Sky. I would just change to another channel and then back again to find it had come back on. Whatever you do dont call them out as its a standard £65 or £70 call out fee no matter what the problem.
One of the reasons I got rid of them as a supplier.0
