Hi,
Thanks everyone. I made some pasta with HM tomato sauce with pork sausage (cant remember the proper name for this dish, although I think you would usually use italian sausage), anyway, had them with that, and they were lovely.
Thank you xx0 -
I would like to re-create the 'dough balls' you can buy from supermarkets - a friend bought some reduced in Morrisons the other week, garlic & chilli flavour, and they were really yummy!
I was wondering if I do a normal 'dough' mix in my Panny BM and then shape into small balls with some garlic butter in the middle and bake - do you think that would work? I am concerned they might come out like little hard bread rolls instead of the gooey-type texture I am after.
Any ideas please??????
I've done a few searches, but can't find anything on making these - so if I missed it please Mods could you point me in the right direction?
Many thanks all!

Csarina - I know the ones you mean - we used to call them 'dough boys' when I was a kid - don't know why though?!? but DH only knows them as dumplings...The best advice you can give your children: "Take responsibility for your own actions...and always Read the Small Print!"

That's how I do mine, only we like them so much, I make extra dough so that there's definitely some left over :T
I'll add this to Dough balls for a dough ball! later.
