Best deal for new Sky subscriber

Finally SKY have got an exchange close enough to us to make the deal worthwhile! We're going to sign up to a basic TV (maybe 3 of the TV packs, no Sport or Movies), internet and phone deal and wondered if we're best off signing on
via their website (no chance of a deal there though! £31 pm when I put in the details earlier),
ringing up the Sky sales team or
signing up with one of the guys who hang around shopping centres (they always offered me money off the Sky Connect internet when I asked whether our area had proper internet connection before).
