When a power seller opens a NPB dispute the buyer is stopped from leaving any feedback at all untill they pay this has always been the case for power sellers and I now think it is the same for everyone currently a bule line appears in the feedback recieved part of the transaction details and stays their unless the buyer pays.
This is why they stopped negative feedback for power sellers untill 7 days after the sale.
As I did point out there was a time when only power sellers could phone ebay and I think this is the real reason they started this up was to stop the phone calls.
