Orange have my money and won't give it back....

Hello!

So I signed up for an iphone back in March... on the business 40 plan. They put me on the business 30 plan, so I was massively overcharged for calls and texts. They took MONTHS to do the recalculation, and now they've credited my account. The thing is, I need the money back! I've gone overdrawn because I wasn't budgeting for this.

The point is, they made a mistake and took more money from me (£200) than they should have - and now are refusing to give it back!

Anyone had a similar experience? I'm going to disconnect my phone unless they sort this out - I think it could even be a breach of contract to wrongfully keep my money (though I'm no lawyer).
