Also, you don't happen to know a really nice hotel which looks over/is very close to the harbour in MAHON for 1 night (4-5*) 30th Sept.
Many thanks

I'd like to take my husband to Seattle next summer for his 30th.
1 - Not really fussed where we fly from - we're in Nottingham, so pretty easy to get around (though within reason - Scotland is a bit far ...)
2- three or four nights
3- somewhere around 26-30 July 2006 - We MUST be there for the 27th and 28th - his birthday is 28th and I don't want to disrupt that one day
4- night flights are fine (not sure you get the choice with long distance ...)
5- Just the two of us - NO KIDS :j :j :j
6- B&B preferably. Room only would be an option, but we want to be out and about all day ...
Max budget (currently) £1500. I might be able to find a bit more, but would be happier if it cost a lot less ...
All suggestions/help/offers of loan of private jet gratefully received!Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 002 :rotfl:0 -

Looking to take the wife to California for her 50th next year. Some airlines offer 2 free stop overs so I'm interested in:-
Heathrow to San Francisco staying at Handlery hotel Union Square for 4 nights.
Flying on to Las Angeles for 7 nights staying at Renaissance Hollywood Hotel.
Then flying to Las Vegas for 3 nights at Treasure Island/Excalibur/Ballys.
Where can I get the best prices ?
Leaving Heathrow between 23/05/06 - 3/06/06.0 -
Peejay 67, sloppychops, savapenny and all other travel guru's, I'm after some last minute help in the absence of Travelman.
I want to take the family away for the October half-term as we need a break. Full details are below but the major restrictions are that the mother-in-law who has limited mobility and high blood pressure has to come along. This limits us to about four hours flying tops.
1-Fly from all London airports plus Bournmouth or Bristol
2-7 or 8 nights Duration
3-Leaving 22 - 24 Oct 05 Back by 1 Nov 05
4-Night flights not a preferance due to M-I-L and kids
5- 5 in party, kids 13 and 7, includes 1 OAP
6-All inclusive or full board
7-Type of resort, somewhere the kids can have fun and we can relax. Possability wheelchar access (not sure where we'd get one).
8-None providing flying constraints can be met.
9-Kids and mobility issues for Mum - in Law.
10- When practicable
11-Max. budget - Haven't a clue due to last minute and constraints?
Hope you can take up this challengeTitch0 -
