Hello guys and gals,

These past few months have been our busiest months, and so have had very little time to spend on here. If I have not answered anyones private messages, I apologise.
Just a few things I would like to say:

Firstly, I dont know what has happened with regards to Travelman, maybe someone could enlighten me?
I am an independent High Street travel agent, and am in the business of finding my customers the best deal on holidays and flights. I dont rip people off, as is often the misconception by a lot of people with regards to Travel Agents. We have a large number of regular clients who return to us time and time again, because of the deals we get and the service we offer. I disagree that we are a "dying breed". The main High Street agents who are governed by what they can sell are living on borrowed time, but we can offer a lot more than them. Remember that all you guys are computer literate and arent afraid of the internet. Believe me there are a lot of people out there who either cant be bothered trawling around the net, dont have a computer, or who do not trust using their cards over the net.

I think the prices that Tour Operators charge are appalling. Especially when it comes to children and single travellers. But unfortunately sometimes we have to go with whats on offer and if its the Tour Ops that have got certain flights, or beds even I have to go with them!

Im not on here for business. If anyone needs any pointers on destinations, current trends, prices, what tour ops are charging with their ridiculous "extras", then please e-mail me direct.

Is it an error that you have put fuel charges twice on these quotes or are the Tour Ops charging two lots of fuel surcharges??

Peejay these quotes are based on 2 adults thats why it is showing 2 lots of fuel charges.
