That amazing he hasnt posted on here for god knows how long(well at least not to help in this thread). He might of started the thread but its myself,Saveapenny and others who are keeping it going. So he is obviously not that amazing or he would be here helping with something he actually started.
Sorry if this sounds harsh but it still seems like he is getting all the gratitude for this and he isnt helping here at all now.

Agree 100%. The problem is the first post of this huge thread... it refers solely to Travelman. Maybe a moderator could add a new first post, listing the people who actually do the work here?

Can anyone help? I need a hotel in Dublin - preferably within walking distance of the city centre for:
    Sat 10th feb - Mon 12th feb
or could at a stretch do
11th feb - 13th of feb if it is dramatically cheaper

Television and ensuite is a must (double please!), just the two of us.

Would love a luxurious bargain at a top hotel, but would be happy with a small cheerful B&B or Guesthouse. - just something nice for a suprise getaway for my husband's 40th.

Budget is up to £180 but cheaper would be great...
  • Thanks sloppychops for the advice and discount code.

I decided to avoid the Vasia as its AI and we prefer to eat at tavernas, and because it looks a bit "busy" with hundreds around a small pool.

I booked a week at Golden Villas - as we needed 3 twin beds we found after emailing the manager of the hotel, that we needed 2 apartments. They will not exchange sofabeds with twinbeds.

medhotels had one apartment at £195, but when I used the discount for two the cost was £351!
