c'est moi...trouble with your selection is it wont be too warm end of March...we went to Cyprus last year end of March and for the most it was cool and other days just cold...Malta...sloppy can advise on weather in that area for March
Italy will be very cool. Only place you will be ok for weather that time of year in Canaries

Malta will not be warm enough at end of March.It can be mild but definetly not hot and sunbathing weather.It can also be cold,wet and windy.
