hi travelman
im looking to go to the maldives for 3 weeks all inclusive anytime between 26th november and arriving back latest 27th dec 2005 for 2 people.our budget is £2500 in total of everything.flying from any south east airport.not bothered about standard of hotel but it must have a tv in the room.travel insurance not required as this is in place.hope you can help.

We would like to go to either Kefalonia, Malta and Cuba so please could we have the best price for each as follows:

1- Any London airport, Birmingham or Manchester
2- 7 nights
3- Anytime 1st Sep 05 – 10th October 05
4- Night time flights fine.
5- 2 adults
6- Self catering for Kefalonia or Malta. AI for Cuba.
7- Quiet-ish resort, on a beach preferably. Walking distance to shops/town for Kefalonia or Malta.
11- As cheap as poss for each please!

I think you will have to increase your budget to stand any chance average flight is £400 per person

6. Self-catering. Two room apartment.
7. "Old world interest" Selection of restaurants. Not noisy.
8. Portugal or any of the Greek Islands EXCEPT Cyprus & Rhodes.
9. Someplace where kids are banned would be nice.:) Walking distance to beach.
10. Again, flexible.
11. Location & Value for money more important than budget.

Preferred Hotel - Vangelis Aparthotel
Accomodation - Self Catering
Departure Dates - 18 June to 25 June 2005
Length of Stay - 14 days
Number of people - 4 Adults (ages 53, 53, 20 and 16)
One room would be sufficient.
I have been quoted a price of £1494 from Direct Travel but would appreciate it if we could get it a bit cheaper.

Could I also ask if you could recommend any good car hire deals.

The flights alone to Larnaca are over £1000 and then you have to get to the Resort so I am really looking for a package.
