There are some great deals to Egypt but worried its too hot - anyone any experience of Egypt in August? We are pretty resilient to heat!

Open to anywhere where there is more to do than lie on a beach!

Sorry to be a pain, its me again. It looks like we've been priced out of going to the caribbean so I was thinking of Egypt. Last time I went it was in august so I know how hot it is! I was the only person on deck (it was a nile cruise) most days!

Sister is going to the above and staying at Brisa sol Apathotel on 3/8/07 for 2 weeks and we were thinking, if it was possible to join them in there last week for 4 nights if poss.
3 of us me OH and daughter aged 11 flying from Manchester.
Close by there accomodation staying in aparthotel if they do this durstion.
From what I could see the Brisa was fully booked them weeks.
