Download, install, update and run a Quick Scan with Malwarebytes' AntiMalware. When complete, choose 'Remove Selected' if there is anything to remove and Reboot your computer.

After restart, open the program again and go to 'Logs'. Double click on the log produced for today and post the contents here.

Sounds like a scam to me. Who or what told you "to use a drivers update programme"?

Do you have any problems with your computer or is it just the message? You should do a complete malware and virus scan.

Look in device manager for high-lighted items , how many? What about modem / network adapter?
How do you connect to the internet and who/what told you to use a programme.
    You could have virus/malware.

Go to the Device Manager and check for any yellow question/exclamation marks.
