Normally the advice is to go through with some of the trial not cancel immediately... a bit suspicious to them really. Certainly cashback through quidco can be declined if you don't at least try a trial, if you see what I mean, and I assume this works on a similar principle! And anyway, why not download an audio book that's being offered free?!

Just used one of the 2 credits - surprised at how good the choice is was expecting obscure rubbish!!! Just down loading Little Britain Radio series 1 for son no1 - i will be best mummy in world!!!!
Will cancel as close to 14 day trial ends as i can just to increase chances of getting the 500pp's.
Even if they don't come saved £12 as he had put this on his xmas list!!!

Hi, it's working fine for me. Have you tried clearing your cookies ?

Another possibility is that your date/time on your pc could be incorrect. I know that sounds daft but it has caused problems for other pb users.

If neither of the above work, I'd contact pb on : membersupport@pigsback.com

One last thing, could your caps lock be on ?
