It looks like you can do a bank transfer with Dublinbet. But the kicker is that it costs money to do so!

Withdrawals less than €2000: €2.00 flat amount, plus 0.5% of the amount transferred
Withdrawals of €2000 and over: €10.00 flat amount, plus 0.5% of the amount transferred

Or you can also use moneybookers, but it doesn't state if there are any charges.

Maybe the betfair vouchers were part of a campaign over a certain period of time - I seem to remember the same happening to PaddyPower before Betfair vouchers were introduced. Looks like Dublinbet has taken over.

.....that or Pigsback have cottoned on!
