    Small debits like this often originate from mobile phone top up scammers. You go somewhere to get a top up, use your debit card. Someone there copies the info and either uses it or sells it on. They take small amounts because these often pass unnoticed.

    It sounds like you have been phished, try to reclaim the money from the bank via "chargeback" and get yourself a new account, be wary of spam posing as legitimate companies (like banks).

    They obviously got your details from somewhere, including your phone number (assuming they asked for you by name), they also have your bank details, so its essential you change your account, before something of a higher value gets sucked out of your account.
