I would like to have a stab at this one, I guess No Increase until November 2011 then +0.25%

Personally, i'm still hoping all in post 1 are wrong.

I'm going to chuck in my own guess. April 2012. For no particular reason other than wishful thinking, and my birthday is in April. It will go up 0.5%.

Oops. Forgot to update the MPC voting chart with the minutes that came out at the end of October. 8:1 in favour of an unchanged base rate:
