I would like to have a stab at this one, I guess No Increase until November 2011 then +0.25%
Like another person mentioned above, when rates do start to increase it will hurt a lot of people,
I provide the following example: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2225765ORIGINAL MORTGAGE AMOUNT £106,454.00 (Started Sept 2007)
NOV 2021 O/S AMOUNT £1,694.41 OUR DEBT REDUCED BY £104,759.59 by std regular, over-payments & off-setting.
BofE +0.19% Tracker Repayment Offset Mortgage Discounted Sept 07-10 then increased to BofE +0.62% until 20270 -
The UK interest rate stayed on hold at 0.5% today:

Finally got around to adding cha97michelle and LilacPixie into this little challenge - thanks for your interest.
As this is pretty much a low traffic thread, I've put an email notification on, so I'll get a notification of updates, so that in future, I'll be able to add in new dates quicker.

Oops. Forgot to update the MPC voting chart with the minutes that came out at the end of October. 8:1 in favour of an unchanged base rate:

Good news is that due to 1st November starting on a Monday, we've just got until this coming Thursday, ie 4th to hear the latest decision.
