New income support claim

Hi, I've just phoned and got a really helpful man, unlike the one last week who wouldn't even look and just said it would be done when it's done. I am going to receive income support of £41.60 a week as they take of the full carers allowance that I get. The lady I spoke to at the jobcentre said that there would be a reduction in my IS because of this but not that much. Can anyone confirm these figure are correct before I make anymore phonecalls. Thanks.0

Yes they are correct the full amount of CA is taken off your IS claim.
