They are all soulless,faceless,greedy companies if none of us complained it makes
you wonder what they would do to make themselves richer off our backs
pity we have to go to the head office and complain at our expense just
to get things sorted. a responsible company would call us every so often
to see if they were providing a good service and too see if they could
help in reducing our bills..
