What are the requirements for Coutts?
What is the monthly costs?
No idea - they don't publish their requirements, you have to phone or fill in this form http://www.coutts.com/private-banking/banking-services/
I'm guessing the requirements will be pretty steep - certainly higher than RBS or Natwest Private Banking.
You could have a look at Cater Allen. It's owned by Santander but supposedly the service is actually quite good. You only need to keep £5000 in the current account to qualify. http://www.caterallen.co.uk/PrivateBanking/AccountDetails.aspx?pid=2070 -
Coutts is owned by RBS but to open an account you must have a minimum of £500,000 investable assets or £5,000,000 net assets.0
