Orange mobile keep taking money..help

Yes im having the same problem i cancelled my contract with them in september as i did not use the phone to warrant me paying a monthly fee so i cancelled it and now i have only just found out they are still taking money out of my account, i was advised by orange to leave the DD open so that they could put money back into my account cos contract was supossed to end hlaf way through my DD,
I'm not very happy about this, finding it really hard to get through to them so sort it out :mad:0
